广大居民朋友：

疫情防控，人人有责！根据疫情防控需要，经区新冠肺炎疫情防控指挥部研究决定，定于2022年4月9日上午10:30起在全区范围内启动全员核酸检测。现将有关事项通告如下：Everyone has a responsibility to curb the spread of COVID-19. To strengthen our COVID-19 response, the Guangzhou Municipal Government has decided that Huadu District will conduct district-wide COVID testing on all residents starting from 10:30 on April 9. We hereby notify you of the details as follows:一、检测范围和对象：花都区域内所有居民（包括本地常住人口、暂住人口、临时流动人口、外籍人口等）。1. All residents in the Huadu District (including permanent residents, temporary residents, transients, foreign nationals, etc.) should take the test. 二、请根据所在村（居）委工作人员的通知指引，分时段有序到达指定地点开展核酸检测，做到“应检尽检”。请未收到村（居）委通知的居民朋友，不要擅自前往，避免人员聚集和等候时间过长。2. Please follow the instructions of the community staff and take the test in your allocated time slots. This testing is universal and should cover every household and every individual. To prevent crowds and long queues, please do not go to the testing site before you are notified to do so. 三、请持黄码以及收到短信提醒的市民朋友，到就近黄码核酸采样点进行核酸检测。3. If you have a yellow health code or have received a text message from CDC, please go to the testing site for yellow code holders.
四、请佩戴好口罩、携带手机，提前登录“粤核酸3”微信小程序，填写个人身份资料，截图保存系统生成的二维码，以便采样现场的快速高效查验。老人、小孩没有手机的，可在家人手机账号下添加生成其二维码。4. Please wear a mask, bring your mobile phone and get your Guangdong COVID-19 Testing (Yuehesuan 3) QR code ready for a faster on-site verification process. Senior citizens and minors who do not have a smart phone may get a QR code on their family members’ devices.
五、检测时请携带个人身份证，主动出示“穗康码”“采样信息二维码”，并全程佩戴口罩，与他人保持1米以上间隔，不交谈，不聚集。5. You will need to bring your ID card and present your "Yuekang Code" and "Sample Collection Information QR Code" at the testing site. Please keep your mask on at all times, keep a distance of at least one meter away from others, and refrain from talking and gathering.
六、48小时内曾接种新冠疫苗的，不能进行核酸检测，如已成功预约接种新冠疫苗的，请尽快完成检测后再行接种。4月9日0时后未进行过核酸检测的，仍须接受此次全员核酸检测。6. If you have taken a COVID-19 vaccination shot within 48 hours, please do not take the test until it’s 48 hours later. Those who have a vaccine appointment should complete the test before vaccination. If you haven’t been tested after 0:00 April 9, you still need to participate in this universal testing.
七、核酸检测结果出具前，请尽量减少流动，暂不参与聚集性活动，如有发热等不适症状，请主动到就近医院发热门诊就诊。7. Please refrain from traveling or attending group activities before the test results come out. If you have a fever or other symptoms, please visit a nearby fever clinic immediately.
不参加核酸检测将会给您的生活带来诸多不便，造成严重后果的，还需承担相应法律责任。为了您和全区人民的健康，请广大居民积极配合，确保检测工作高效完成。Failure to participate in the testing will bring you considerable inconvenience in life. You will be held legally liable if any serious consequence is caused. To protect yourself and others, please cooperate with us to ensure efficient testing.
